[UX Issue]* Windows Focus Issue (Reproducible Demo)

SN8P (and SN7 too) does not handle multiple windows correctly in Windows 10.  Starting with 3 SN8P windows and clicking on the file list brings the list in front of the 3 SN8P windows (first snapshot).  A single click on the right hand SN8P window should bring it in front of the file list, but it does not.  A second click on the right hand window brings all 3 SN8P windows in front of the file list (see the second snapshot).  To see just the 3rd window in front of the file list, the first two windows must be minimized. SN6P handles the windows without minimizing any correctly.
