How Do I Install SkySafari 5 Pro On My New Android Phone (Answer: Look In Your "My Apps" Category On Google Play)

Hello,

I have a new smartphone. On my old Smartphone, I have installed SF 4 and 5 pro (only one year ago).

1/ On my old smartphone, I can open SkySafari 4 Pro.

2/ Always on my old smartphone, I cannot open SkySafari 5 Pro. I have the message : "License Verification Failed" although I have bought it. What's happen ?

3/ I cannot install SkySafari 4 Pro on my new smartphone. It could be not a problem if I could install SkySafari 5 Pro on my new smartphone. But this last application is not purpose on Google Play. When I ask to install it via my google account from my PC (already installed applications), Google Play tell me it is not possible. So How can I install (with the license) SkySafari 5 Pro on my new smartphone ?

Thank you

Stephane

    Stephane,

Sorry no one has responded to this previously.

First, you can always install older version of our software by going to the "My apps & games" section of the Play Store.  We do remove older versions from the general section of the store so people will not accidentally buy the old versions.

As far as the "License Verification Failed", that is generally caused by one of the following:

    1. You are logged into a different Google account that you used to purchase the app.

    2. You didn't install the app directly from Google Play.  Sometimes if you side-load an app, Google doesn't properly recognize it with its licensing mechanism.

    3. You don't have internet access.  The first time you run the app after installation (or an app update), the software checks in with Google to verify the license.  After it has been verified, you no longer need internet access to use it.

    4. Every once in a while Google's servers are just glitchy.  Generally it will correct itself after a couple of hours.

    Hope one of those helps.
