Unable To Install Starry Night 8 On Windows 8.1 (Answer: Windows 10 Only)

ThereÈs an issue when I try to install SNP 8.
The installation blocks at this point.

  Hi Pierre, 

  Error:
  The error occurs during the Configuring Windows features process. The installation ends prematurely.

  Problem:

  The Starry Night installer is trying to turn on a Windows feature called .NET Framework 3.5.1. 

  Solution:

  Please follow this guide to enable it yourself on Windows 10: 

  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/install/dotnet-35-windows-10

  Please try the Starry Night installation again once .NET is enabled.

  I tried your procedure but I'm still in the dark.
  I can't turn on Frameworl 3.5.1
  My computer runs on Win 8.1

  Starry Night 8 doesn't work with Windows 8, only 10.
