I have a iOptron CEM25EC mount and have a StarFi wifi dongle form iOptron connected to it. I purchased SkySafari 6 Pro form my Mac and iPhone X. I am able to connect via wifi on both devices to StarFi and I am able to log in via web browser at 10.10.100.254 and see all the internal menu items. However, I can't connect with either SkySafari Platform programs. I keep getting the error - cannot connect. Can someone help me? iOptron says it might be an issue on SkySafari's end. All connections and settings are as iOptron says should work.

Here you see that I can clearly connect to the unit via web browser on the same computer in the same session. So connecting to the wifi adapter is not the issue. I should reiterate that all of the settings are exactly as directed by iOptron on the phone with me today.
