Why Can't SkySafari 6 Pro Find My Current Location On An LG Prime Running Android 5.0.2? (Solution: Reboot Device)

Hello Support.  I have installed the latest Skysafari available at Playstore on my LG I Prime (outdated, I know, but is what I can afford at the moment).  However, it cannot find my current location even though the GPS features are ON.  I am running Android version 5.0.2

Any ideas?

  Hi Marco, 

  Are you connected to the internet when you try to find your current location?  Please try with an internet connection.

  Also, please reboot your device.  And try again.

  I guess it needed one more reboot still, because it is apparently working now with the correct current location.
