[BUG] Importing H400 lists from repository crashes app

SkySafari 6 Pro Crashes when attempting to load a Herschel 400 list from the on-line repository

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Select Observe from main screen menu
2. Select Observing Lists
3. Select Import from Online Repository
4. Scroll to and select H400
5. Upon the H400 selection the app crashes. Most of the time, the crash happens without any error message or dialog. There have been one or tow times it presented the normal  'This app has stopped working' dialog but that is exception, not the rule.

Actions Taken:

• I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the .44 production version and the .46 beta versions and the issue persisted

History:

• First Version Occurred with 6.3.2.44
• Current Version: Beta 6.3.2.46

Device Specs:

• Android 9 (Pie)
• Device OnePlus 5T w/6Gb ram

Other repositories appear to function as they should.
