I have skysafari 6 pro on my galaxy tab s2. I have just got a new windows 10 laptop (new dell xps core i7) due to the need for usb3. I have installed blustacks and tried to install skysafari 6 pro on that. Google play store has a green button with the price on. When I press it the installation aborts telling me I already own it and refunding me the fee. The green button does not change to install but continues to display the price. This means that the same thing happens each time. How do I get around this?

Permanently deleted user I would like to reinstall SkySafari 6 Pro on my iPad, but the App Store says it will cost me $20 although i already own it!
Skysafari 7 Pro has messed up the telescope display making it unusable to plan an astrophotography session. I want to reinstall v6 until the issues are resolved.
