Husband purchased the 114 LCM which came with Starry Night v7. The code included comes back as already used. How can I get the download?

  The code and access instructions are printed on a card packed within the telescope carton.

  If the card is missing or the code has already be used you must contact Celestron directly to receive a replacement.

  They will ask you for proof of purchase.
