ISS not found

Helle,

 

I can not find ISS in my starrynight pro 8 version. I updated the data file then ,trying to search ISS, it finds other ISS named objects which are not the International Space Station.

Maybe I missed Something, but I do not know what.

    Having exactly the same problem... Was working before I updated the program.

    Hi, Selecting iSS (25544) does take you to the ISS it seems but it's off centre.  It could be the data file or some other issue.  We've created a ticket for the dev team and will look into it. Thanks for the report.

    This is ok, by selecting ISS ( 25544 ). I checked with heavens above and i have the same visibility conditions.

    Try looking for SpaceX's Starlink satellite groups sometime. Even more out of date.

    I have Starry Night 8.1.0.2049

    I searched for Any satellite with ISS in the name and got "Nothing found for ISS"

    I got something called ISS (25544) to come up using non-advanced search, but the detains have a different number and claim to be starlink

    Got it:  The lable is not clickable, but you can get the info by hovering very carefully on the single pixel dot.
    Both ISS (25544) and the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nauka_(ISS_module) are tracked separately:
