Does saving Settings include the 2 star alignment data? It's entirely possible that I'm doing something dumb, but it seems that it does not.

SkyHub, NGC-Max, Intelliscope, AstroMaster and other basic encoder DSC systems that are permanently mounted would benefit greatly from this feature. The manual says that SkySafari remembers the alignment until you quit the app. Is there a way to have it remember the alignment?

  Thanks Kieron and Pedro for the speedy replies and the info.

  I'll try overriding Android memory management to keep the App running through the next day, and give it a try. Venus is getting pretty skinny.

  If it makes the cut, all us basic encoder folks would be overjoyed to see that feature, thanks for offering :-)
