I would find it very useful if I could add notes directly into the "info" of the object and not through observations, so I could report what details I should search for, colors, etc. A note independent from the single observations

Rob Connelly I support this feature request. I think it would be helpful to record my own personal notes on an object so that I know what filters or eyepieces would work best for a particular object. Granted many objects include recommendations in the description, there are many times when I want to record what filters I should be using for something for my own personal reference.
