Comet neowise is not in my sky safari app, despite getting re installed twice, worked for a while then dissapears again, i have i phone 7 ver 13.5.1

  I have the same problem. I’m trying this : Go to Settings > Solar System > Update Minor Body Data

  But it says 0 downloaded.
