Failure to download SkySafari to 2nd device

After purchasing Pro 6 for my phone the Play Store refuses to let me "purchase" a 2nd copy of Safari for my tablet..."Error-you already own this item". But this is the way the Safari site told me to download to a second device.

  Thanks Kerion. I found Safari at the Play store....My apps and games...Library...not installed...and I tapped the install button but once again I got the error message
  "You already own this item"
