I just bought a new computer and would like to put my starry night on it but my CD seems to have gone missing

  If you purchased a downloadable version of Starry Night you can get it resent to you here:

  http://www.starrynight.com/retrieve/

  We do not replace discs.  But, if you purchased SN7 there should be a downloadable version available for you regardless.

  Thanks Keiron, I have been around the web site and can not find the SN 7 download other than if that is how I bought it. Well I bought a CD from the local skywatcher shop In Tucson. Can you send a link the where the download is located. When I download I can then insert my activation code? Thanks for your help. gb..

  I too need the downloadable version of 7 Pro. I bought the disk version and disk it what I received (never an option to download). Now I have a new PC with no optical drive. The disk is useless to me now, and download package should be readily available/archived on the website for instances like this
