- What browser are you using?
- What program are you using?
- What URL are you logging in at?
- If there is any error message please attach a screenshot.

Pmoriarty0 I'm getting the error message "The Internet Update Failed Or Was Canceled By The User", but I can't resolve it by disabling VPN - because I do not have any VPN software installed on my laptop.
This is for Starry Night Pro Plus 6.4.3, on a MacBook Air running OSX 10.11.6.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed Pro Plus in the default pathway? You should be running the program from the macOS Applications folder.

I get the same message. I don't have a VPN and Pro Plus is installed within the MacOS Applications folder.
What should I try next?
