just have downloaded and installed Starry Night Celestron 8 (complete version 8.0.6.1988) in Windows 10.
however it mentioned error massage that it can not find MSVCR100.dll to start the programm.
after that re-installed 3 times but with same result.
can you please help me?
meanwhile I have downloaded Mac version in Apple PC, but it can not even start the installation (the file name is completely greyed out which means can not run the progamm). the MacOS version is 10.15.
The MSVCR100.dll Error message can be resolved by installing the following software

At the link install both of the following:
vcredist_x64.exe
vcredist_x86.exe
