How To Fix SkySafari Pro Freezing On iPhone 7 And iOS 13.7? (Answer: Reinstall)

iPhone 7 plus iOS 13.7

SkySafari Pro is suddenly freezing at the startup screen. It stays on this screen and never goes farther.

    Hi Doug, have you updated to the latest version (6.7.4)?

    I don't know how to get the version number with it freezing, but there's no reason I wouldn't have updated it. An iOS update just popped up so we can see if that helps.

    It was a minor iOS update, still 13.7 and the problem is the same. The SkySafari Pro splash screen comes up, then goes to background. It's still open but frozen on the splash screen. I can bring it to foreground and the same keeps happening - it goes to background after about 2 sec. This is new as of maybe 1-2 weeks.

    Doug, please delete and reinstall SS6 Pro.  Does that help?  Thx!

    Log back into LiveSky and all your settings will be sync back again.
