No loyalty to customers..

I purchased SF Plus in 2013. It's on my list of Android apps in the Google Play Store. I just got back into astronomy after a few years of work and taking care of my kids. Now that I have the free time, I got a new tablet, scopes, etc. and was excited to use SF Plus again. Well, when I go to install it, it says "This item isn't available." on the Google Play Store. Then at the bottom of that page, it says, Eligible if bought after 7/2/2016. How about you honor your product and those that supported you in the beginning? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.southernstars.skysafari_plus&hl=en_US

Signed, lost customer for life.

I wonder if it's not available because it wouldn't run on current day Android? Which version of SkySafari is that? 4? 6 plus will likely go on sale soon for almost nothing in the scheme of things.

Correct Chris, this is SF 1.1.1 yeah, I supported these fine folks in 2013.  Correct, it will not run on the current version of Android.  Why keep it on the Google Play website?  There should have a note: "Due to incompatibility issues, this version of SF Plus will not run on today's Android devices.  For customers who purchased the original SF Plus, please send an email xyz info to 123456789@xyz.com to download the latest version" or something like that.  I know it's only $15.00, but come on, where is the loyalty or customer service in this case?  I was so excited and remembered that I had this in my library of apps, only to see disappointment.  Oh well, off to use another program for free.  Also, what makes you think SF will go on sale, I've never seen any of these on sale?

It goes on sale a lot. My guess is if you have a dialogue with them, you'll find that they have not only the best app on the market by far, but some really great customer service as well.
