Not sure why my previous request has been marked solved

I'm sorry if I've missed something, but I don't know why my request as to why my SkySafari kept losing connection was designated, "solved." Previously I asked whether the random disconnect problem could be caused by the mount, the wifi module, or SkySafari. The vendor who sold me my VX mount said he felt it wasn't the mount. He felt the WiFi module was at fault (I'm trying to contact Celestron). My question to you is whether this could be a problem with the SkySafari app?

IPad Pro version: 13.6.1

SkySafari 6 Pro, version: 6.7.5.0

Celestron Advanced VX mount
