How To Fix SkySafari 6 Pro Crashing On IOS 14? (Answer: Reinstalling Works!)

Sky safari 6 update crashes on trying to open in iOS 14 on an iPhone X. Restart does not help. Screen just goes to black and program drops out.

  Sorry, but no. I have not experienced any crashes with this update.

   

  Perhaps you should reinstall the app?

  Same problem. Sf crashes at startup. Re-installed. Worked for a few days and then tonight it started crashing again. Reinstalling now. I've been using this for about 6 months with no problems. Is this an SF bug or IOS bug? Suggestions?

  David,

  If the crashing continues then it might be related to the syncing of LiveSky and iOS 14.  Please keep us updated here.  And, if the crashing continues please include:

  1. App and version number.
  2. iOS version number
  3. iOS device.

  At least on my 5th gen 9.7" iPad running iPadOS 14.2, I'm not seeing a crash.
