Why Can't I Install The Cosmos IAP That I Previously Purchased? (Answer: You Must Be Logged Into The Google Play Store Account That Made The Original Purchase)

So I downloaded the SkySafari on my android phone last night. I clicked on the Cosmos Collection worth 4.14USD = 200PHP

After purchasing it, I saw that it was already installed and I've experienced using it but after a few minutes, the cosmos collection is now not purchased! I think this happened when I sign up in Livesky. I don't know what happened. Here is the screenshot for the receipt from Google Play store. Hope someone notices this and helps me

    What happens if you press the "Restore Purchases" button?

    IAP purchases (and apps) will only be available if you are logged into the Play Store using the account that made the original purchase.  If you use more than one account on the same device, and switch accounts, then you will run into the problem encountered.  Looks like you figured that out!
