[Needs Path To Reproduction] Why Is The Whats New Panel Empty? (Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?)

For a while I have been getting a blank/black empty screen for the "Whats New" results. My computer graphics is Nvidia RTX 2080 so I don't expect it is the hardware. Anyone else had this issue and found a resolution?

  Hi Ken, 

  The What's New? panel has no graphics card requirement.  It is delivered via the web.

  Please try the following:

  1. Turn WiFi Off and On.
  2. Right-click your SN desktop shortcut icon and choose Run as Admin.
  3. Reboot your computer and try again.
  4. Add SN to any antivirus/security software exemption lists.
  5. Reinstall Starry Night.
