Sky Safari 8 Plus - Bug: Deleting images from Image Gallery not possible!

I added two Images using the Plate Solving function. Unfortunately these images could not be solved, and now I want to delete these images from the image gallery. I can select them and hit the trash can icon. But if I change to "favorites" and back to "all images", the images reappear.

If I block the access to the image library using the iOS privacy settings, the app doesn't start anymore.

Please fix this!

  1. App and version.  See Help > scroll to the bottom.
  2. iOS version
  3. Device model

  It's not related to any specific image. I just want to delete images from the gallery which is not possible.

  1. As I wrote before: SkySafari Plus 8.0.3 (1205)

  2. iOS 26.5

  3. iPhone 16Pro 256 GB

  Deleted two images, clicked "Favourites" and back to "All images" => Images re-appear.

  thanks for nothing. the video shows a clear bug, but nothing happens....

  Hi Dirk, 

  Please try this.

  1. First UN-favourite the images.
  2. Delete the images.
  3. Click Favourites then All Images.

  Does that help?

  The Images aren't favrorites. Favorites section is empty
