SkyFi III Wont work?

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue. I have a SkyFi III. For some reason, no matter what device I use, nothing seems to find the network/WiFi that should be provided by the SkyFi III. 

I've tried connecting from my Android phone, my laptop, my dad's phone, and my dad's tablet. Nothing finds the SkyFi III.

I've told all the devices to search for a new WiFi network in the WiFi settings. Nothing. I've even tried resetting the SkyFi III.

Any suggestions?

  Please ensure you are following the instructions per the guide here:

  https://go.skysafariastronomy.com/skyfi_3_quickstart_guide.pdf

  Also, try resetting to factory defaults.
