Starry Night 8 Pro

Somehow it got corrupted on my computer so I uninstalled it.  I downloaded it and attempted to do a clean installation and I get this message "There was an error during the Windows feature configuration process. The original configuration will be restored. My original installation goes back to 2023. It got corrupted about a month ago.
