How Come The GAIA IAP Observations Cannot be Found In The SkySafari Pro Database? (Answer: Fix Is Coming As Soon As Possible)

I have quite a few observations of GAIA objects that I have made.  I have the In-App purchase for the extra stars.

Now my GAIA observations show up as Orange and they say they cannot be found in the SkySafari Pro database.  They also show up this way in observing lists.  All of these were working before.  If I do a search for these orange objects it says they cannot be found.

In recent months the SkySafari 6 code base has been refactored in order to optimize the app for installation, and other efficiencies related to present and future Android OS updates.  A part of that refactoring has included changing the process used to deliver data.  Obviously, something in the latest SS6 Android update has created the current issues everyone is experiencing, and we apologize for that.  We will have it resolved with a fix released as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience at this time.

This did not work for me.  I had the app open already and it installed the update on its own but it was at a screen saying it was installing some data.  Unfortunately, it was stuck at 0%.  I let it sit for about an hour but it made no progress so I closed SS and restarted; but my old objects are still orange.

    What to do next?

I see the same problem: Gaia-stars orange / unknown. Deinstalled Skysafari 6 pro, but it took me 1.5 weeks (!!) until I could sucessfully reinstall it (today, version 6.8.6.1). But still no Gaia-stars shown at all. Only TYC, HD, ... until 13m.

before I deinstalled Skysafari Pro, I also purchased the GAIA extension, but that wasn't a solution for the missing GAIA stars. Still there were no (!) stars between 13..15m
