I just purchased the Sky safari pro app and don't see anything for ZWO in the equipment list, why not.

  ZWO is not officially support with SkySafari 6 Pro - that is why you do not see the options.  However, if you search our community forums you will find discussions about how to configure ZWO for use with SkySafari.
