How To Turn Off Notification Sound In SkySafari? (Answer: Set "Do not disturb" Times To Full Day Minus One Minute - Read On!)

Using SkySafari 6.8.6.3 on Android 11, is there any way to silence notifications specific to SkySafari?  I have had to block all notifications from SkySafari on the device for now because the sound they make is extremely intrusive (I don't want any sound, or at least to be able to use a custom silent sound).   Thanks for any help!

    Despite having notification sounds turned off globally on the phone, and despite denying SkySafari any notifications in the OS, I still just got a VERY LOUD notification sound from SkySafari on my phone.  There was no text given (likely due to not giving any notification permission), but the app still found some way to generate the VERY LOUD sound.

    Well I have found a way to make the sound notifications stop by setting the "Do not disturb" times in SkySafari to include the whole day (minus one minute), so at least the phone doesn't make the loud noises anymore.
