How To Search For Double Stars By Separation? (Answer: Observe > Planner - Read On!)

I would like to search for double stars by their separation. For example 1 arc second or less. How do I do this? I have been looking through best double stars and manually looking at each separation hoping to find the ones I am looking for. There has to be an easier way.

  Tap the Observe icon in the toolbar at bottom of screen and then select Planner.
