At initial download and each time I restore purchase of GAIA database, download fails at 99% and I receive an error message to that effect. I have over 10GB free on my iPad (2019). I have tried reinstalling app several times with no change. PGC galaxy database downloads fine every time. I am using iOS 15 on a 2019 iPad.

Keiron Smith Apologies, I can not speak to the origin of the issue.
This issue is slated for a fix in version 7.2.
You are welcome to ask Apple for a refund for the IAPs.

Gsansoucie Any idea when this issue will be addressed? I see 7.2 above, this particular issue is over a year old.
There are a number of posts out here on this issue, I’m walking through all the threads checking for updates.
