I have SkySafari6 Pro, Android tablet, Wifi module, Celestron CGX equatorial. 4 star alignment works fine but often the connection drops out and I have to power the CGX off/on to restart.
Sometimes ( for first few dropouts) it remembers the alignment (as stated in the HELP), but not always, instead it goes to some below-horizon setup. Then I have to do the alignment again.
Doing hibernate/disconnect and connect/wakeup seems to help to store and reuse the alignment but not always. It there a way to ensure the alignment is saved?
(I keep SkySafari running, do not restart the App.)
