I've recently upgraded from SS6 Plus to SS7 Pro.
I've noticed that it's a bit laggy, though I'm not sure if that's the Plus>Pro change or the SS6>SS7 change.
Mostly it's not too bad, but there is one area where it's borderline unusable: navigating the list of existing observations.
In SS6, when you select observations, you are presented with the list of session titles first, and you then drill down from there to individual observations for a session. This was exactly what I wanted, because usually I was wanting to view an observation from a particular session. If I wanted to see all the observations for an object, then I'd do a search for that object, then go to "view all observations". Ideal.
The SS7 UI displays all the existing observations immediately. The problem with that is that I already have over a thousand individual observations (I imagine some users have many more). By displaying observations without the internediate session level, I immediately get a very long list that is unwieldy, responds very slowly, and nearly always glitches by jumping to some random place part-way down, I presume because the UI has been interrupted by all the processing and has interpreted some part of my scrolling action as a discrete press. This is only going to get worse as I add observations.
Can you please re-instate the previous UI flow, with a list of sessions as an intermediate level?
