I gave up on SkySafari 7 pro because of this issue and went back to Sky Portal which works perfectly. There are no answers I can find on this Forum. I have Celestron 11 edge HD Scope. William England sb472014@gmail.com

Dennis Miller I have the same issue and also went back to Sky Portal. I feel a little ripped off since I paid for Sky Safari Plus on the Apple App Store. Has anyone raised an issue with Apple? If enough people complain, Apple will force the owners of Sky Safari Plus to pull the app off the App Store.
