Starry Night Pro Plus 7 will not update on Mac OS X El Capitan

I was advised of an update from 7.2.0 to 7.3.0 for Starry Night Pro Plus 7 (the expensive one) however attempting to install the update ends with an error after the application unpacks to 2.55Gb

Update Error!

An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later.

I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Starry Night Pro Plus 7 to be presented with the same problem.

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Same problem here. Although it downloaded. It looks like it is searching for the OpenGL library and crashes.

This is sort of serious since now I cannot get an update fix notice from SNP7. Here is the relevant log notes from the  crash:

    Hello El Capitan users!

Starry Night Version 7 is not officially compatible with El Capitan (which has not, by this date, been officially released to the public).

By the time El Capitan is officially released to the public Starry Night V7 will be fully compatible.

If you want to test Version 7 Beta w/ El Capitan please submit a ticket request here:

    https://support.simulationcurriculum.com/anonymous_requests/new

And in the subject/title put "Request V7 Beta for El Capitan"

    Thanks!

I have upgraded to El Capitan which is now officially released and SN Pro Plus 7 won't open. Is a fix on the way?

    Hi Kerry,

If SN7 wont now open on El Capitan please trash the current SN7 folder and reinstall from your download links.

7.3.2 - which is compatible with OS X 10.11 was released last night.

Please use the following link to retrieve your previous download links: http://www.starrynight.com/retrieve/

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Page looks funky

Tried in Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox. Only Safari gave me an error which points out that there should be an captcha. So unable to download from there

Downloaded from original mail I received when purchasing, hope that will do.

Worked fine for me in Safari 9.01. Got my email and started the 2.58GB download. If my net speed gets any slower I may have to wait until next year to use it, but that is another story ;^)

    Good viewing

Having same problem with OSX 10.11.1

Downloaded SN7PP again from original download link as suggested but received 7.3.0. Seems I need to be receiving 7.3.2 or better to have a win. Help ticket lodged.
